HR pros provides counsel, solutions and key programming to address client needs and pain points. The Director, Sales & Marketing is responsible for identifying and cultivating new leads and sales, for actively and professionally networking HR pros, for pro-actively branding HR pros and for meeting sales targets.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and results driven, have experience in business development including B2B sales, drafting sales plans and campaigns, be a social media super user, and have strong administrative skills. This is a self-directed position. HR Pros provides a competitive total compensation package; including a combination of base salary and a rich commission as well as performance bonuses. Finally, there is partnership opportunity for the “right” person.
