The Director, Sales & Marketing is responsible for identifying and cultivating new leads and sales, for actively and professionally networking HR pros, for pro-actively branding HR pros and for meeting sales targets.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and results driven, have experience in business development including B2B sales, drafting sales plans and campaigns, be a social media super user, and have strong administrative skills.
