1- Prevention \u2013 have the proper safety programs in place;<\/p>\n
2- Education \u2013 training employees and supervisors on the safety programs;<\/p>\n
3- Investigation \u2013 determine the root causes of accidents and fix the problem;<\/p>\n
4- Return to work programs \u2013 accommodate injured employees so that they can return to work and make a meaningful contribution.<\/p>\n
