Est-ce que je peux le licencier? Comment est-ce que je m\u2019y prends?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De nos jours, il n\u2019est pas facile de trouver des employ\u00e9s talentueux et d\u00e9vou\u00e9s dans la population active! Tout d\u00e9pend de la situation et du co\u00fbt de l\u2019embauche et de la formation d\u2019un nouvel employ\u00e9, mais il faudrait que le licenciement soit le dernier recours. Toutes les entreprises devraient avoir une politique de discipline progressive. Avec une telle politique, le but n\u2019est pas de licencier l\u2019employ\u00e9, mais de l\u2019aider \u00e0 s\u2019am\u00e9liorer. Ce n\u2019est que dans les cas o\u00f9 l\u2019on s\u2019est concert\u00e9 pour encadrer l\u2019employ\u00e9, en constituant un dossier appropri\u00e9, et que le travail de l\u2019employ\u00e9 ne s\u2019am\u00e9liore pas ou que l\u2019am\u00e9lioration ne dure pas que l\u2019employeur peut envisager de licencier l\u2019employ\u00e9.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019un de mes employ\u00e9s ne fait pas un bon travail.
