C\u2019est quelque chose qui demande un v\u00e9ritable effort. Dans bon nombre d\u2019organismes, on pense qu\u2019il suffit que les gestionnaires s\u2019asseyent autour d\u2019une table et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissent \u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils savent sur ce que les employ\u00e9s veulent. Pour devenir un vrai employeur de choix, il faut prendre conscience du fait que cela signifie qu\u2019il faut savoir prendre le pouls de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, de ses besoins et de ses d\u00e9sirs. Nous recommandons donc vivement aux employeurs de faire chaque ann\u00e9e une enqu\u00eate sur la satisfaction de leurs employ\u00e9s. Avec une telle enqu\u00eate, du moment qu\u2019elle est bien con\u00e7ue et bien organis\u00e9e, on d\u00e9couvrira ce qui va bien, ce qui ne va pas bien et ce qui ne va vraiment pas bien dans le milieu de travail.
