Ces politiques sont les r\u00e8gles de l\u2019entreprise. \u00c0 notre avis, il est intrins\u00e8quement injuste que l\u2019employeur ait des r\u00e8gles sans en faire part \u00e0 ses employ\u00e9s. Le fait d\u2019avoir des r\u00e8gles et de ne pas en faire part aux employ\u00e9s est source de frictions internes superflues. Avec des politiques clairement d\u00e9finies pour les employ\u00e9s, on garantit que les sup\u00e9rieurs hi\u00e9rarchiques seront coh\u00e9rents dans la prise de d\u00e9cisions. En outre, si jamais un employ\u00e9 ou un ancien employ\u00e9 engage des poursuites contre vous (dans le cadre d\u2019une plainte aupr\u00e8s du minist\u00e8re du Travail ou de la Commission des droits de la personne, par exemple), la premi\u00e8re chose que l\u2019organisme gouvernemental ou votre avocat vous demandera est de pouvoir consulter votre politique pour les employ\u00e9s. Le fait de ne pas avoir de telle politique fera qu\u2019il sera quasiment impossible pour vous de vous d\u00e9fendre!
