Est-ce qu\u2019il me faut des descriptions des postes?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les descriptions des postes sont un des piliers du bon fonctionnement de l\u2019entreprise, quelle que soit sa taille. Les descriptions de poste sont utiles quand on pr\u00e9pare les offres d\u2019emploi et les autres outils de recrutement (guides pour les entretiens, v\u00e9rifications des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences, contrats d\u2019embauche, etc.). Elles sont tout particuli\u00e8rement utiles en tant qu\u2019outil d\u2019encadrement pour les nouveaux employ\u00e9s et les employ\u00e9s qui n\u2019ont pas le rendement souhait\u00e9. Les descriptions des postes sont un outil n\u00e9cessaire en RH pour le processus d\u2019\u00e9valuation du rendement et pour l\u2019initiation des nouveaux employ\u00e9s. Sur le plan holistique, ces descriptions fournissent une repr\u00e9sentation tangible de ce que chacun fait dans l\u2019entreprise.
