Le syst\u00e8me de responsabilit\u00e9 interne (SRI) de la loi sur la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail de la Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse (Occupational Health and Safety Act) stipule que toutes les personnes dans le milieu de travail (employeurs, employ\u00e9s, personnes sous contrat, propri\u00e9taires, etc.) se partagent la responsabilit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. La loi exige de l\u2019employeur qu\u2019il ait une politique de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 s\u2019il a cinq employ\u00e9s r\u00e9guliers ou plus.
