La meilleure approche, selon nous, est de mettre en place une structure minimum pour la gestion des RH avant m\u00eame l\u2019embauche de votre premier employ\u00e9\u00a0: offre de recrutement (formulaire de candidature, guide pour les entretiens, offre d\u2019emploi), manuel de politique de gestion du personnel et descriptions des postes.
